3.In the first stage, according to literatures review of inter-organizational learning and knowledge transfer, we first identify seven determinants and then divides these determinants into two categories: "alliance conditions", including learning intention, knowledge/capabilities transparency, difference of national and corporate culture, difference of professional knowledge base and trust between alliance firms; and "alliance interactions", including governance structure of alliance, and the intensity of interactions or communications between alliances firms.
4.There are two primary methods for spatial component extraction: principal component analysis(PCA) and intention-hue-saturation(IHS) transform. PCA method transforms the multispectral image into several noncorrelated and independent components and the first component(PC-1) represents the spatial component of the original multispectral image. IHS method transforms only three bands of the original multispectral image into three components of intention,hue and saturation.

The architecture and related algorithm are based on OO technology and the simplified improvement of BDI (belief desire intention) Agent model.

8.This paper first introduces the concepts, development and key technology of CSCW. Then it introduces the version controlling technology, analyzes advantages and disadvantages for operation-based revision control systems and state-based revision control systems, discusses how to identify the semantic and textual differences for text and graphic file, designs based on intention-preservation version merging algorithm using the strategy of object replication, which can well satisfy the intention of collaborators.
