fluorescent transition
.Abstract: By compressing a monolayer film, the coexistence of liquid condensed (LC) and liquid expanded (LE) phases can be reached. The transition from LE to LC is usually regarded as a first-order one,so the theory of crystallization can be applied. In this article we review our recent studies on the growth of LC domains in the LE-LC coexistence region driven by the illumination of a fluorescent microscope. The mechanism of this unusual 2D domain growth phenomenon is discussed. The formation of faceted, dendritic and fractal-like domains as well as the evolution and the transition of these patterns are investigated.

.The fluorescence spectra of the complexes were measured. The fluorescent emission peaks of the complexes are at nearly 481 and 576 nm corresponding to the 4F 9/2 → 6H 15/2 and 4F 9/2 → 6H 13/2 transition of Dy 3+ respectively, indicating that the complexes emit the characteristic fluorescence of Dy(Ⅲ).
.First,we have studied the transition of inter molecule energy between the medical and the lanthanide ions Tb and Eu3+ and the complexes can emit the characteristic fluorescence of Tb3+ and Eu3+, so the complexes of them can be used to determin HSA as a kind of fluorescent probe.
.The transition-metal complexes is one kind of important nucleic acid probe and has been developed to be one of the important research field in resent years, it has been used to study aberrance of chromosome, examine tumour and virus, and used as fluorescent probe to detect the structure of DNA.
