1.The fatigue life of self-fluxing laser cladding coatings(7.21×106) was 15 % longer than that of carburized layer(6.29×106) under conditions of 2170 MPa contact stress, 12.5 % sliding difference and lubrication with 20# machinery lubricating oil, it was due to the effect of strain-induced martensite formed under contact stress.
