foraminal
1.MR imaging revealed an infiltrative enhancing epidural tumor at the dorsum of T2 to T5 levels with foraminal extension.
2.Conclusion 3D CT can fully display intervertebral foraminal form and its relation with adjacent structure and easily evaluate degree and range of lesion. 3D CT is one of the practical radiological methods for the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.
3.The incidence of the disorder is reported from 19.4% to 46% in the literature. It has been found that unilate ral facet dislocations and bone fragments in the foraminal canal (comminuted fr acture of the foramen transversarium) have a significant association with the vertebral artery injuries, and that rotational violence may be a significant fac tor in causing vertebral artery occlusion.
