1.Active Participation of Relevant Bodies: In order to "promote the development of industrial sectors, strengthen industrial communication and cooperation, and prosper industrial economy,” the Fair has invited both domestic and foreign enterprises, commerce chambers, and associations in related industries to visit and exhibit.
7.In case an applicant exports products by foreign trade agency, the local commerce department shall check the document testifying on the source of export goods (the invoice issued by production enterprises) when receiving the export business application, and in case the goods exported by the applicant under foreign trade agency are produced by the aforesaid enterprises violating the environmental protection laws, the local commerce department shall also stop receiving related applications in accordance with the aforesaid methods.

10.The registration of Chinese-foreign equity joint ventures, Chinese-foreign contractual joint ventures and foreign-capital enterprises shall be examined and approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce or by local administrative departments for industry and commerce authorized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
