1.Based on the analysis of forestry situation and problems in Guangze County after the Innovation of Forest Property Right System, and the exploration of forest management and fire control new mechanism in northern Fujian Province, the general goal of forest management in the new era was put forward, which was to set up five corresponding systems for the Innovation of Forest Property Right System (Five system-Resources cultivation and management system, Forest intensive management system, Forestry science and technology service system, Forest fire control system, and Forest pest and disease control system).
6.Abstract: Through a study on soil aggregate composition, nutrient status and enzymatic activity under mixed forest of Chinese fir Alniphyllum fortunei and pure stand of Chinese fir, the results indicated that, compared to pure stand, the soil structural property was ameliorated, the soil capacity of nutrient supplying and was improved, and the soil enzymatic activity were enhanced.
7.Through the determination of the wood property for making the pulp and paper of seventeen choiceness clones in masson pine seed orchard, and through the comprehensive judgement on several characters, the author selected ten optimal choiceness clones for the pulp and paper production industry material forest.
