1.In this paper,the problems of robust stability analysis for time-invariant and time-variant uncertain descriptor systems are discussed based on the matrix norm,matrix measure and Lyapunov approach,the sufficient conditions of impulse-free robustness and robustly admissible are derived,the numerical example is given.
2.Methods: COLO-320 cells were cultured for 24h,48hor72h with variant concentrations of γ-hGH or CPT and γ-hGH combined CPT in calf serum or calf serum-free，light density of cells were determined by MMT method,so that cellular inhibitory rate (fa) were calculated.
