1.The present conditions of the freight car quality information management are analyzed. The necessity to construct the train quality mutual control administration information system between inspection depots as well as the feasibility to base upon HMIS construction is demonstrated. The fundamental functions that the system must have,the system network composition and solution scheme of key technological problems are put forward.
