4.The paper introduces the SOA technology into the construction of modern railway freight logistics information platform and puts forward a new framework of the platform, in which a service level is added between the UL and BLL in order to recede the coupling between levels, to enhance the flexibility of system and reduce the cost of developing and maintaining the system.
7.The present conditions of the freight car quality information management are analyzed. The necessity to construct the train quality mutual control administration information system between inspection depots as well as the feasibility to base upon HMIS construction is demonstrated. The fundamental functions that the system must have,the system network composition and solution scheme of key technological problems are put forward.
