1.This text commences from appearance mechanism of ball screw friction moment, combining its structure characteristics, analyzing influence factor of ball screw friction moment. Also passing bear force analysis, of ball bearing in the rolling way, stressed pre-tighten force influence to friction moment, getting the relation of pre-tighten force and friction moment, provide theories support for testing methods research and results analysis.
2.Under various temperature and working pressure, the models of the maximum static friction force, the viscous friction coefficient and the Coulomb friction are obtained by analyzing the test data. The influence of temperature on the friction models is analyzed. The friction models can be applied to model and simulate the pneumatic cylinder driving system and predict the stick-slip of pneumatic cylinders.
3.The model from the input to the output of the piezoelectric traveling wave ultrasonic motor is established by synthetically using Lagrange-Maxwell equation, Hertz elastic contact theory and Coulomb friction theory, along with considering electromechanical coupling, influence of the interface force between the stator and rotor of the motor on the amplitude of the traveling wave inside the stator and dynamic contact friction friction force.
7.Presents a simple method of compensating friction against the character of the nonlinear model of a brushless DC motor system which transfers the original system model to a simple linear model using the method of input-output linearization, and estimates the coulomb friction in the system in real-time using a nonlinear friction estimator, and then compensate the friction in the system using a friction feedforward, and concludes from simulation results that this method can effectively eliminate the influence of friction in brushless DC motor systems.

10.The experimental results show that the internal friction peak of the material in the three conditions appears differently, and the influence of temperature on the characteristics of frequence of internal friction in the 3-Point Bending mode is greatest; the strain-amplitude effects of the three boundary conditions of the material are similar basically; the influence of temperature on the internal friction of the material in 3-Point bending mode is greater than the single and dual bending modes.
