1.The field operation of system indicates that the strategy based on fuzzy boundary criterion is able to reduce the time of tap-cha nge control and voltage ripple. Comparing with the result of general nine-subdiv ision control,the strategy based on fuzzy boundary criterion of reactive power can increase the service life of tap changer while does not reduce the effect of voltage and reactive power control.
4.Equations to discern earthquakes in the magnitude intervals Ms [5.5, 6.0] and Ms >6.0 are established on the basis of 4 scale indexes of the earthquakes predicted out of the seismic sequence (Ms>4 3/4) occurred in the border area of Shanxi-Hebei-Inner-Mongolia from 294 BC to 1987 AD by means of fuzzy pattern discerning of fuzzy mathematics, the result of which shows that an earthquake (Ms>6.0) will occur within the spatial boundary discussed in this paper between 1939 and 1990.
5.Experimental results were promising, in which correct segmentation was achieved within 55ms at 160×120 resolutions with an average error below 5% for normal sequence, and the online boundary tracking of cut-uncutlawns was done autonomously at the speed of 8~9 frame per second (FPS) under 160×120 resolutions, based on a trade-off combination of the multi-rows Best Fit Step (MR-BFS) and the multi-evidence fuzzy enhancement from pixel-rows.
