4.Equations to discern earthquakes in the magnitude intervals Ms [5.5, 6.0] and Ms >6.0 are established on the basis of 4 scale indexes of the earthquakes predicted out of the seismic sequence (Ms>4 3/4) occurred in the border area of Shanxi-Hebei-Inner-Mongolia from 294 BC to 1987 AD by means of fuzzy pattern discerning of fuzzy mathematics, the result of which shows that an earthquake (Ms>6.0) will occur within the spatial boundary discussed in this paper between 1939 and 1990.
