5.Influences of the number of pump,input power and wavelength distribution on Raman gain are studied. Relations among gainbandwidth,on-off gain,gain flatness and the number of pump of MBRA are revealed.
10.Simulation results show that,at 5 V power supply,the OTA has a DC gain greater than 90 dB,a unit gainbandwidth over 100 MHz and a phase margin larger than 75°.
