1.Alkaline PhoPhatases (ALP) were extracted and purified from chicken skeleton, liver and intestine with butanol extraction and chromatography on DEAE-cellulose (DE-52) and concanavalin ASepharose 4B. Skeleton and liver tissues ALPs were separated with polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis into two components, with molecular weights of 154000 and 353000(skeleton), 187000 and 353000(liver).
2.Methods The changes of the erythrocyte filtration index( EFI) ,erythrocyte membrane skeleton structure, spectrin dimers(SP D) and spectrin tetramers(SP T) were measured in 64 patients and 39 controls by using the DXC 300A erythrocyte deformability apparatus,JEM 1200EX transmission electron microscope and SDS gel eletrophoretic analysis.
3.The main cause of corrosion on glass fibre in portland cement paste is the reactionbetween Ca(OH)_2, precipitated from the hydration of cement, and Si-O skeleton of glassfibre and then produces hydrated calcium silicate gel of C-S-H(I)type, while imperfectionson surface layer of glass fibre accelerate this process.
