1.In general, the JVM would have to meet the same expected standards for reliability, availability and scalability as the database server.
2.In this paper, a n-unit series repairable system with delay repair is studied,assuming that the systematic unit?s life has exponential distribution, the dalay repair time and the repair time both have general distribution,some primary reliabilities indexes are obtained by using renewal process theory, such as reliability R(t), availability A, the mean time to first failure MTTFF and the mean times to failure of the system during (0,t],etc.
3.Laws and regulations, and final judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application, made effective by a Member pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement (the availability, scope, acquisition, enforcement and prevention of the abuse of intellectual property rights) shall be published, or where such publication is not practicable made publicly available, in a national language, in such a manner as to enable governments and right holders to become acquainted with them.
