1.The effects of Hg 2+ concentration on the germination number of new growth Egeria najas had no distinct rule, and Hg 2+ concentration above 1.00 mg/L would hurt the propagation of new growth Egeria najas.
2.Results in this experiment show: by irradiating the stored seeds of rice variety "Shuang cong 169-1" With low-dose~(60)Co-r rays from 1 to 10 KR, germination percentage, seedling survival rate, root length, the number of tiller per plant and dry weight of aboveground seedling are stimulated to differens extens, but seedling height is somewhat restrained.
3.The sowing and seedling raising experiments of Castanopsis hystrix seed with different artificial treatments showed 1-year-old C. hystrix seedling average height and average dbh with the treatments of hastening germination and cutting root were 22.0% and 117.0% higher than those without the root cutting treatment, respectively, the individual-tree lateral root number increased by 127.71%, the afforested survival rate increased by 23.0%.
4.The edible cactus Milpa Alta was sprayed by different concentration of GA_3 under low temperature in winter. The results demonstrated that GA_3 with concentration from 40mg/L to 60mg/L could significantly improve germination rate and reduce budding time of the edible cactus Milpa Alta,in which the best effect was of 60mg/L,and the proportion of the bud number was 1∶3∶1 on the second,third and fourth class stem;

7.The study shows that the early and late seed rains of constructive tree species in evergreen broadleaved forest at Chongqing Simian Mountain had no activity.The bigger the seeds of the species and the earlier or later the seeds of the species matured,the higher the proportion of the seed rain damaged by animals.The quantitative variation of seed rain,active seed rain and seed bank did not take place at the same time.At early time, the number of seed banks of Castanopsis fargesii,Lithocarpus glabra,Quercus myrsinrefolia,Castanopsis plasyacantha,Cinamomum subavenium . which own more active seed rain increased by geomitric series.The seed banks of Castanopsis orthacantha and Schima argentea were small,only survived a short time,and did not sprout next year.The quantitative dynamics of seed banks and their increasing or decreasing rates were decided by the proportion damaged by animals,dying speed of seeds and their resistance to pathogens and adverse circumstances,and the state of seed germination.
