The sugar componentswere arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose, and galactose, and the ratio was 4?16?4?1?65.The main chain of CMP-ⅠA would be composed by -β-D-Gal(1→6)-, and β-D-Xyl,arabinose, mannose, glucose and acetyl would be in the side chain.
