1.The article consists of four sections: 1.To elucidate the importance and necessity of the National Health Insurance. 2.To evaluate the five dimensions of the National Health Insurance: goal assessment, service level, financial support system, service delivery and its influence on society. 3.To suggest method of improvement. 4.To postulate what the necessary understanding and attitudes among the general public needs to be towards this new policy for it to succeed.
2.1. By analyzing the goal and task of the system, a C/S and B/S mixed frame, which includes Web Server, GIS Server, Database Server and browser, is developed. The function of the project contains data transmission, OA document delivery, data reporting of inner net, data performance of outer net and the access control of the system database.
