1.This paper based on a going PDM project of a chemical plant,combining development of the PDM technology with actual need of enterprises,made a research and a scheme application of PDM to chemical industries in continuous production.
3.Based on the investigation of 72 Chinese enterprises that have implemented CIMS project, this paper establishes a pre-evaluation of basic condition (EBC) model for corporations that are going to implement CIMS project.
4.Both risk management and object control are the two major basis of project management, for the risks are everywhere going through the links of project management, it is necessary to make effective control of the risks contain in the project management in order to reach the project control goal.
