graft versus graft reaction
1.Aim:To observe the tumor growth in mice treated by allogeneic bone marrow transplantation(allo-BMT) 2～3 weeks before tumor challenge. To find the proper donor lymphocyte infusion(DLI) time in eliciting strong graft-versus-tumor(GVT) reaction,and observe the incidence of graft-versus-host disease(GVHD).
