1.Autogenous palatal mucosal graft (PMG) has been considered the most predictable graftingmaterial when utilized to increase attached keratinized gingiva.
2.This clinical report introduces a novel material ? freeze dried acellular dermal matrix allograft ? to serve as a graftingmaterial for the purpose of increasing attached keratinized gingival, and makes some advices to help in raising the predictability of the result.
