1.During the germination of the pollen tube of Amaryllis vittata Ait. the GC and the VN, either being the first one, entered the tube within the first 1—2 h from the pollen grain.
2.Abnormal" rapeseed samples were produced by means of different pretreatment methods. Comparison of NIRS quality determination results between normal rapeseed samples and “abnormal" samples indicated that quantity,moisture and germination rate have much effect on the determination results by NIRS and shrunken grain rate affects the results a little while soaking treatment did not affect the results.
