2.The respiratory pattern and respiratory metabolism on different places of grape cluster , variations of ethylene in fruit , the formation of absciss layer between fruit stalk and fruit , enzymatic variety in fruit and mechanism of SO_2 injury are summarized. The problems of future research are discussed as well.
