4.Through study on 100 korean pine sample trees less than 14m in virgin korean pine forest , the growth type, relationship between growth and upper structure factors , the morphology feature and physioiogical feature of korean pine under canopy are analyzed. The results show that the growth of korean pine under canopy can be classified to constant type , descend type and ascend type.
6.Based on the relation images of RHEED for situ monitoring growth of GaN-based epitaxy film and surface feature epitaxy film. Details of transformation of the crystal lattice of growing surface of epitaxy film from RHEED images in different processes were given in this paper,such as hydrogen-nitrogen plasma cleaning,nitridation of sapphire substrate,growth of GaN buffer and AlN epilayer.
9.Geochemically, a striking feature of these granites is their low value of I Sr (≈0 705) and high value of ε Nd ( t ) (positive), which indicate a close relationship to the mantle. The young Nd modal age (<1000Ma) suggests the Neoproterozoic Phanerozoic is also one of the main stages in the continental growth, and the crust can also be greatly thickened that via vertical regime.
