7.The effects of dipping flower with 2 plant growth regulators(PCPA,2,4 D)and artificial vibration pollination on the fruit development and the occurrence of grey mould of tomato in greenhouse were studied. It was found that the rate of residual petal and stigma on tomato fruit were increased significantly after dipping flower,and the petal and stigma became the major sites of initial infection,which resulted in the severe occurrence of grey mould.
8.K2C2O4 can destruct the molecules arrangement in the circular domains in LB film especially at the boundaries of liquid condensed(LC) and liquid expanded(LE) phases,which provides much more nucleating sites for COM crystals and promotes the nucleation and growth of COM crystals. It results in the formation of circular COM crystals patterns.
9.In order to reveal the reason for these changes, three typical sites in the centre of Hunshandak Sandland containing elms were investigated during August 2001 and August 2002. These sites represented 3 levels of human disturbance: light disturbance (LD) in a ley of no pasturing for ten years during the plant growth season, moderate disturbance (MD) in a ley of no pasturing for two years, and heavy disturbance (HD) in a ley of over_pasturing for 50 years.
10.A fragment containing the immediate early promoter of cytomegalovirus,multiple cloning sites and bovine growth hormone polyadenylation signal derived from pCR3 Uni was amplified and inserted into the Xho I site of pSdTK. The resulting transfer vector pSdTK CMB can be used to expess genes from other bovine viruses(i.e. BPIV3、BRSV、BVDV).
