2.The measured complexation constants for CND—β-CyD systems decrease in the order of K_(311)K_(47)K_(102)K_(120)K_4.These facts reflect that the hydrophobic property of guestmolecule and the matching size between the guestmolecule andβ-CyD are important factors affecting their complexation.
3.We have chosen three kinds of hydrophilic dyes, Methyl Orange, Congo Rose and Acid Orange as guest molecules, electrostaic self-assembled dentrimer as the host molecule to study dendrimer’s performance as phase transfer.
4.Molecular recognition is the selective inclusion complexation between host and guest, in which some special functions can be realized. It is the base of biological recognition, such as enzyme catalysis, nucleic acid duplicate, antigen and antibody, drug and target molecule interaction.
