1.In conclusion: (1) It is appropriate to consider OWFπ-π as a measurement of the conjugation extent of amolecule and it is feasible to predict the absorption half-bandwidth and absorption maximum of complex dyes according to the relationship between OWFπ-π and molecular conformation parameters obtained from simple molecules of the same kind. Consequently, a new thought to improve the prediction accuracy of the absorption spectroscopy is presented in this dissertation.
4.At wavelength of 1.5μm,the modulator with SCPS electrode has 3dB optical bandwidth of 74.03GHz and a half-wave voltage of 2.29V.The modulator with ACPS electrode has 3dB optical bandwidth of 82.25GHz and a half-wave voltage of 1.37V.Numerical analysis results show that the performance of the latter is better than that of the former.
