1.The solubility data of SDP in the multi-solvent at the present of inorganic salt and the dissolution heat of SDP in pure water were measured.
2.Pulse Electrochemical Finishing removes the metal of the surface by electrochemical dissolution. Because of no cutting force, cutting heat, there are no cutting mark, plastic deformation layer on the surfaces of the parts.
3.Pulse Electrochemical and its Compound Finishing (PECCF) technology removes the metal of the surface by electrochemical dissolution, so there are less cutting force and cutting heat and there are no cutting mark, plastic deformation layer on the surface of the parts compared with the surface of the parts by machining. As one of the ways of finishing, it has many merits: On one hand, it can greatly reduce the values of surface roughness and improve the surface quality of parts.
4.The curing condition, heat-resistant and adhesive property of phenolic resin modified with silicone are studied with IR, DSC, TGA, shear strength and peel strength. It is proved that the thermosetting phenolic resin modified with silicone is good at heat-resistance,toughness,shear strength and dissolution property,which can be used as heat-resistant adhesive and matrix resin in airplane and aerospace industry.
