2.ER and PR in peripheral blood leucocytes were measured with histo-chemical technique of en- zyme affinity in patients with uterine myoma and adenomyoma and normal female blood donors.
3.Blood was collected for asses s ing levels of cytokine (interleukin-6:IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α:TNF-α) bef ore treatment and one month after treatment. The cytokines were determined by en zyme-linked- immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA).
4.Methods Serum TGFβ1 and TIMP-1 were detected by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay and serum HA,LN,PⅢNP were detected by radioimmunoassay in 40 CHB patients and 12 healthy persons. Liver biopsies were performed on the 40 patients.
