1.The paper concludes the blowing - in and production experiences of 2 200 m3 blast furnace in Ansteel on which many new technologies and new equipment are adopted, such as bell less top of PW design, copper cooling stave, combined closed loop soft water circulation system, ceramic cup + water cooled hearth and bottom with carbon bricks, INBA slag treatment system, 3 modified long campaign high temperature hot air stove of internal combustion type, AGE gas scrubber, etc.
3.In conclusion,the corrosion to produce white rust may be due to high temperature in hot season,O_2 in atmosphere and soft water such as rainwater and dew.
4.Some advanced technologies was applied at WISCO’s No. 6 blast furnace , such as new generation of bell less top with parallel hopper which is of PW’s technology, serial closed loop soft water circulation cooling system, ceramic cup, copper cooling stave and high temperature internal combustion hot air stove.
5.The potential-pH diagrams for magnetite-water and zinc ferrite-water systems at 25℃ and 100℃ have been constructed, by which we can explain thermodynamically the experimental result of zinc calcine hot acid leach, i.e, high temperature (1100℃) zinc calcine is much easier to leach than ordinary zinc calcine.
