5.The effects of the bath composition, complexing agent content, current density, and temperature on the appearance and Ni content in the plating were investigated making use of Hullcell test, weight method, and spectrophotometry.
6.The optimal current density obtained by HullCell test was 0.5~2 A/dm~2. The adhesion of the copper deposits was tested when copper, copper alloys and zinc alloys were used as substrates respectively and the copper deposits were used as the bottom layers of Cr deposits.
