human histology
1.METHODS: The experiment was carried out at Key Laboratory of Human Anatomy and Histology and Embryology, Xinxiang Medical College from September 2004 to March 2005. Totally 62 healthy male SD rats aged 10-12 weeks, with the body mass of 300-350 g provided by Experimental Animal Center, Xinxiang Medical College.
5.Methods The human homograft aortic valves conduits were decellularized by a 3-step detergent-enzymatic extraction method involving the 1% deoxycholic acid (DOA) in combination with Rnase (20 mg/L) and Dnase (200 mg/L). The histology showed that the valves, wall and muscle of the human homograft aortic valves conduits were decellularizeded completely.
6.We studied 11 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma and 10 cases of human fetal skeletal muscle of 4~12 weeks by using electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining for vimentin, desmin, HHF-35 and myoglobin. We found that there was association between rhabdomyosarcoma and skeletal muscle in histological differentiation and expression of antigen. This explained the fact that rhabdomyosarcoma was a repeated procedure of fetal skeletal muscle development in histology and expression of antigen.
