1.By employing laser Doppler velocity measurement and numerical simulation method the authors have conducted a study on the hydrodynamic characteristics of a finned tube bank inertial separator used for a circulating fluidized bed, thereby obtaining the distribution of such parameters as the gas velocity flowing around the finned tubes, and the turbulent flow intensity, etc. In addition,the test and calculation results were analysed and discussed, which will provide a solid basis for the further optimization study of the finned tube bank impact separator.
