6.The results showed that after treating for carbide refining the impact fatigue resistance of steel T10 was increased 2~3 times than that of the same steel treated with coventional annealing for cardide spheroidizing, and the fracture mophology changed from quasicleavage to quasicleavage and dimple.
7.The punching die for nut has been treated by Ion plating of TiN The microhardness,wear resistance,failure form of TiN coating have been examed and discussed The results show that the life of TiN punching die has been increased 5 times higher than that of original punching die TiN film and a high hardness tramsitive layer can raise greatly the wear resistance and the property of impact fatigue of punching die

9.STUDY ON CONTACT, IMPACT AND BENDING FATIGUE LIFE OF 42CrMo STEEL WITH M+F DUAL-PHASE STRUCTURE
10.In order to probe into the factor of influnce on the fatigue crack growth rate of the low-alloy steel A533B and carbon steel STS42 in environment of BWR (Boiling Water Reactor) , a lot of experiments have been carried out. Following conclusions can been made: (1) The change of temperature makes an impact on the fatigue crack growth rate of these two kinds of steel material.
