1.It is pointed out that to construct the market restraint mechanism of state-owned commercial banks, it is imperative to form the idea of bank supervision compatible with motivation to impel the state-owned commercial banks to become main bodies of marketization, set up effective corporation governing structure, normalize the information disclosure system, work out limited security net and build the sound infrastructure for bank operation.
2.In this paper,we have analysed current situation of electronic experiment courses and requirement for experimental courses in new century,and presented that the teaching reform of experimental courses is imperative under the situation in colleges. We have also probed into the idea and practice of the implementation of teaching reform of electronic experiments based on the multimedia aided instruction,and introduced briefly the manufacturing methods of teaching course about the electronic experimental courses in college by using Authorware 5.0. [
3.As a matter of fact,Winner declared some idea about autonomous technology though oppugning mastery of technology,and putting forward several concepts,such as technological drift,technological somnambulism,technological imperative,reverse adaptation etc.
