1.Methods FTIR spectra of surgically removed fresh breast tissues were measured by spectrometer equipped with mid-infrared fiber optics and an ATR probe.
3.In order to solve infrared image motion as the effect of aero-optics,the method is adopted to identify the small image centroid and angle motion that bases on Taylor series expansion between images and the real one in the paper.
4.The obvious blue shift of fluorescence spectrum luminescent peak relative to the bulk InP infrared region was observed with PLE spectrum at 380 nm and PL spectrum at 573 nm. It shows that the InP nanocrystallite will have a great potential in the field of photo-electronic devices and nonlinear optics.
