4.Conclusion:F-actin expression can be increased in osteoblast MC3T3 exposed 30min/d by low intensity infrasound with output intensity of 100dB and frequency of 4Hz,12Hz,20Hz. The expression increasing of F-actin still can be founded at the 8th hour after exposed under the low intensity infrasound.
5.Methods The biological effects of infrasound on the activities of 3-βhy- droxysteroid dehydrogenase(3-βHSDH)and acid phosphatase(ACP)of the polygonal cells in adrenal cortex zon- a fasciculate were observed when exposed to 8 and 16 Hz infrasound at 80,90,100,110,120 and 130 dB for 1 day,7 days and 14 days or 14 days after the exposure.
6.Fourteen days after the mice were exposed to 8 Hz,90 dB and 130 dB infrasound for 14 days continuously,the local tissue injury of the adrenal cortex zona fasciculatein began to recover at certain extent,but the higher the exposure sound pressure level,the poorer the tissue recovery.
7.Methods After exposed to infrasound stimula tion with 8Hz,120dB SPL,2h /time,1t ime /d for continued 30days,the morp hological changes of the lower central auditory pathways of guinea pigs were observ ed by optical and electric microscop y.
8.Results After infrasound exposure,the normal prominence of the membrane became short and the dent became shallow in the 7.5 μm×7.5 μm and 4.0 μm×4.0 μm photographs. The prominence appeared as cobblestones. The surface of the membrane became smooth.
9.Objective To explore changes in the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,glutathione peroxi-dase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the brains of mice after exposure to 8 Hz and 16 Hz infrasound at 130 dB, and effecls of Cureumin.
10.CONCLUSION:The low density infrasound(100 dB,30 min/d)can promote the mRNA levels of OPN and ON,and the different effects are not founded depended on frequency among 4 Hz,12 Hz and 20 Hz.
