7.The research and development for the bump orbit injection system with four kicker magnets centralized in NSRL Phase Ⅱ Project, and research of some key techniques were summarized, including micro-second pulse ferrite kicker magnet, coated ceramic chamber, measurement device for loss impedance, BPM calibration system, etc.
9.A new double-injection all-silicon junction field-effect transistor structure is proposed and analyzed as a guided-wave electro-optical modulator and 2×2 electrooptical switch for infrared region. Their operating principles are analyzed, some parameters are given, and the frequency bandwidth is estimated digitally. Estimation of the change Δn_(eff) in effective mode index shows that the DIFET device is viable.
10.Based on the feature of capillary electrophoresis affected by more uncertain fac tors, Monte Carlo simulation was used to explore the influences of error factors, such as op eration parameters of charge-coupled device detector, sample injection, applied voltages,temperature etc. , on detected signal intensities, determination accurcy and precision. And the relative superiority of quantitative calculation methods of peak height and peak volume is compared.
