2.Article 16 In respect of the import animals that fail in the quarantine inspection, the port animal and plant quarantine office shall issue the Quarantine Treatment Notice notifying the owner or his or her agent to deal with the said animals in either of the following manners:
3.We agree to an inspection at the port of shipment, but demand the goods be inspected by an inspection organization acceptable to us.
5.Meanwhile, with the enabling of the inspection building of Jiaxing Port the institutions such as Customs, Commodity Inspection Bureau, Fronted Defense Inspection Bureau and MSA Bureau as well as various agencies have all settled in the building, providing swift and convenient service for the customs clearance.
7.Should the packing material be found insect infestation by Quarantine Inspection Office at the port of destination, the Seller shall bear the cost of fumigation or replacement of the packing.
8.Article 9 For import commodities which are subject to inspection by the commodity inspection authorities in accordance with this Law, the consignee must register them with the commodity inspection authorities located at the port of discharge or the station of arrival.
9.Buyer shall be entitled to have DRAFT SURVEY conducted by SGS or another independent international inspection agency at the Discharge Port, at its own expense.
10.INSPECTION: SGS or equivalent at seller cost at port of loading and buyer cost at disport.
