1.This Paper describes the calculating formula of integrated flux of NTD,Con- figuration of irradiation device,and instruments of thermal neutron flux and temperature measurements. The decontamination of radioactivity and annealing treatment are also described. Finally,the doping accuracy,heterogeneous de- grees of axial and radial resistivity,life of minority carrier,and products rate of Kp200A SCR are introduced.
2.This method that more voltage vector chosen in per controlling period is integrated to target voltage vector according to torque, flux and speed increase number of voltage vector of system and apply more simple modulation method.
3.The test device has a relatively high flux in 26.7-33.4 L/m~2·h in stable operation (average 30.3 L/m~2·h), far higher than the integrated or seperated MBR.
