1.By evaluating intellegence of 220 children with cerebral palsy (CP) before and after rehabilitation , it was observed that acquired environmental factors, phonetic speech disorder of children with CP and the limitation of intellectual determination could affect the evaluation procedure and disturb the intellectual development of children with CP again.
