4.The CTI developed from the simple voice mail box, to intelligent network, IP phone, ATM, unified message technology, interactive conversation etc. Among those, IP phone and IVR( Interactive Voice Respond) are the most fast and promising technologies, which have already infiltrated into the wireless communication network and multimedia network.
