1.In 22 patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), the double antibody sandwich method was used to determine the soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) levels, the PEG-ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the circulating immune complex(CIC) levels,and the RBC C3b receptor rosette test (RC3bRRT) and the RBC immune complex receptor test (RICRT) were used to determine the RBC immune adhesive capacity.
