1.Methods:The serum levels of AST,CK-MB,LDH,αHBDH were measured and ECG was examined in the following three groups:the control group (group A,n=20),the postpartum asphyxia group(group B,n=29)and the intrauterine embarrass complicated partum asphyxia group (group C,n=23).
2.Objective To study the dynamic changes in renal Ca 2+ ATPase after acute intrauterine ischemia in fetal rats,and to explore the underlying mechanism of intracelluar Ca 2+ overload secondary to perinatal asphyxia.
