1.The nature ofthe Nomonhan truce agreement is the same as that ofthe previous Changkufeng truce agreement; that is to say, the Japanese militarists, being compelled to admit defeat, have had to recognize theinviolabilityofthe Soviet and Mongolian frontiers.
2.In the meantime, Germany indicated her willingness to stop her activities against the Soviet Union and abandon the so-called Agreement Against the Communist International and recognized theinviolabilityofthe Soviet frontiers; hence the conclusion ofthe Soviet-German non-aggression treaty.
3.It was in these circumstances, and when Germany agreed to stop her anti-Soviet activities, abandon the Agreement Against the Communist International and recognize theinviolabilityofthe Soviet frontiers, that the Soviet-German non-aggression treaty was concluded.
6.Theinviolabilityof sovereignty allows no country special privilege to interfere in the international affairs of other countries or impose its will upon others.
