Through the studies and analysis of internal friction in a-Pd80Si 20 during isothermal processes, the nonlinear dynamic feature of structural relaxation in a-Pd80Si20 is provied and a Semi-empirical formula of the vaJation of internal friction of metollic glass a-Pd80Si 20 during isothermal relaxation is presented.
