3.Kalanchoe daigremotiana and Suaeda salsa seedings were treated with 0 200mmol/L NaCl or isotonic PEG(polyethyleneglycol)solution for seven days. Results showed that the growth of Kalanchoe daigremotiana was inhibited by both NaCl and isotonic PEG and it was inhibited more severely by PEG solution than by isotonic NaCl solution.
4.RESULTS: Under isotonic conditions, no single channel activities were observed in most patches. Hypotonic superfusion-induced cell swelling resulted in the appearance of active channel.
