1.A more complete physical model of the device is adopted,and the sparse matrix technique of symbol Lu factorization,the self-adaptive finite element mesh refinement technique aed the modified nonlinear iteration technique are used in the numerical method. Thereby the speed of device analysis is increased con siderably.
3.This paper gives a brief introduction to our research work in this area,including:parallel computation for element stiffness matrices, parallel direct solutions for finite element equations, parallel iteration solutions for finite element equations, parallel direct integration algorithm in dynamic analysis of structures, parallel algorithm for generalized eigenproblems and the applications of EBE technique in finite element structural analysis.
