1.Results:Of 100 patients with knee joint injury:(1)82 were meniscus injury,among them 33 were the first degree injury; 27 were the second degree injury and the abnormal signal changein meniscus did not arrive at the articular surface;
3.With its important functions as load-bearing, shock absorption, stabilization, lubrication and congruency, the meniscus plays an important part in the complex biomechanics of the knee joint.
