1.The dACs of Beijing duck were found in the ganglion cell layer of retina, which had round or oval somata and their somata were small (19~25?μm 2 on average). The karyon was stained homogeneously by cresyl violet.
2.Results: It was verified by PCR and partial nucleotide sequencing that the constructed TIMP?GAA 1 eukaryotic expression vector was correct. After pEGFP-C3 B2?TIMP-1 was transfected into BGC823 cells, the expression of fusion protein was located in the cytoplasm around the karyon.
3.③In situ end-labeling (ISEL) was used in the light of instruction of Roche apoptosis kit to detect the apoptotic endothelial cells. The cells with brown karyon stained were deemed to be apoptotic cell under Olympus light microscope.
4.Results In the 260 slices of liver biopsy, there were 20 ones of acute viral hepatitis, 78 ones of chronic hepatitis, 79 ones of hepatocirrhosis, 28 ones of primary liver cell cancer, 27 ones of liver karyon heterogeneity, 20 ones of liver metastatic adenocarcinoma, 12 ones of fatty liver, five ones of alcohol liver, three ones of liver cyst, two ones of congenital bile duct atresia, six ones of illegible structure, 20 ones without liver cell or with few scattered liver cell.
5.4. The dACs of Beijing duck were found in the ganglion cell layer of retina, which had round or oval somata and their somata were small (23.65±3.97 um2 on average). Their karyon were stained homogeneously by cresyl violet. The total number of these cells was 0.64×106 cells and accounted for 17~30% of total cells in GCL.
6.Morphological changes was observed through optics microscope and the remodeling of inner diameter (ID), out diameter (OD), wall thickness (WT), wall thickness /inner diameter (WT/ID), corss-sectional area (CSA), the relative area of smooth muscle, and the amount of media smooth muscle cell karyon pressing close to vascular intima within 10 10 field of vision were analyzed by computerimage system and morphological quantitive method.
