3.Silk,kernel,and cob tissues with different resistances of ear rot in maize by Fusarium moniliforme and Fusarium graminearum were identified inoculated with silk channel kernel-stab and dip cob-stab inculcation from 2002 to 2004.The silk,kernel,and cob tissues of the elite resistant inbred line BT-1 was identified with the resistance to Fusarium moniliforme and silk,kernel of the line with the resistance to Fusarium graminearum.
2002￣2004年采用花丝通道法、钉刺果穗法和针刺果穗深处法3种接种方法,分别将串珠镰刀菌和禾谷镰刀菌接种到不同玉米自交系的花丝、子粒和穗轴上。 结果发现,不同穗部组织对这两种菌的抗病性表现不同,同时筛选出花丝和子粒都抗这两种菌并且穗轴抗串珠镰刀菌的优良自交系BT-1。收藏指正
